I was upgraded on the spot to a diplomat suite. Massive lounge and room with kitchen facility. Housekeeping excellent as the fridge was faulty and got replaced straight away. Air con was blowing not very cold air and got fixed straight away. Over all very good experience. House keeping staff called Apsar was amazing and very helpful. The rest of the team was also friendly and co-operating. Room service was quick and food was good.

One of the best price-value options. The hotel is really cheap but well-located with a very rich breakfast with four hot dishes, so the breakfast is rather like a lunch. The lady serving the breakfast was very kind and helpful. Spacious room with a kitchen. Nearby the Khalid Lagoon there is a beautiful promenade for walking or running. Less than 15 minutes by foot to the Sharjah bus station. I have stayed here already in 2022 and definitely, I would use this hotel again in future.

That was my 3rd stay with Al Maha Regency, and best thing is every time they upgraded with 1BHK unit. I stayed for 10 nights, just a small complain that I have faced wifi issues for last 2 nights, several times raised that issue, but solved only for about an hour than again the connection disrupted my work. However, Overall good....

Honestly don't know what to write, your hotel staff is so helpful beyond words, and behavior really impresses me, that's your (mayaz) boy doing really well..I was surprised to see that for just three minutes I was talking on the phone with my friend, within three minutes Mayaj boy was making the bed ready. Honestly, it surprises me, so much experience, Mashallah! But I promise, if I come to Dubai again, I will book your hotel, it is truly unforgettable. I have been to many hotels in many places, in my eyes your hotel is the best, and the staff mayaz are the best

Room was good and a desk and TV provided were useful for my work while on the move. Had a fridge in the room. Staff was VERY helpful and the room cleaning person made every effort to make I had everything I needed. Front desk was helpful and allowed me to check out a little late and keep my stuff at the front desk till I was ready to leave. Security was always on hand to hail a taxi when required etc.

Love the location as many eats and treats around, malls 4 shopping in close proximaty and public transport near by excluding the metro.

The room I stayed this time was much comfortable than the first time I booked. The staff in restaurant are so accommodating and kind. Unlike in reception some of them are rude.
